All products sold through our website are covered by a warranty to protect against defects in materials and workmanship
Warranty Duration

New Products: All new CCTV cameras come with a standard 12-month warranty from the date of purchase.

Refurbished Products: Refurbished items are covered by a 6-month warranty.
Warranty Covers
- Defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions.
- Replacement or repair of parts found defective due to manufacturing faults.
Exclusions
The warranty does not cover
- Damage caused by abuse, misuse, unauthorized modifications, or external causes such as accidents or natural disasters.
- Normal wear and tear (e.g., scratches, cosmetic damage).
- Products with a serial number that has been altered or removed.
- Damage caused by non-compliance with the product instructions.
Claim Process
- Notification: Inform us within 30 days of discovering the defect by contacting our Customer Service team at support@smartcamera.lk or +94 71 3332332.
- Proof of Purchase: Provide a copy of the original purchase receipt or invoice as proof of purchase.
- Evaluation: Our team will guide you on the next steps, which may include returning the product for inspection and warranty evaluation.
- Resolution: Upon verification, we will either repair, replace the product, or provide a refund at our discretion.
Shipping Costs
